SPC Panel

SPC Panel is a type of board made by mixing PVC with stone powder. The Arris SPC Panel uses high-end natural marble powder as the stone powder raw material. Through special processing, it forms a solid base with a high-density and high-fiber mesh structure. On top of this, a super-durable high-molecular PVC wear-resistant layer is covered. After hundreds of meticulous processes, it is finally made into a high-performance board. The SPC Panel has excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance and environmental protection properties.

Application locations:

SPC Panel is widely used in interior walls, ceiling panels, floors, etc. of high and low-rise buildings in decoration projects. SPC Panel can also be used in relatively humid spaces, such as bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, etc.

Fire resistance level and environmental protection level:

The main components of SPC Panels are stone powder and polymer resin, which gives it excellent flame-retardant properties. The fire resistance level of Arris SPC Panel is B1 grade, meaning it is not easily ignited or capable of sustaining continuous burning. The environmental protection level of Arris SPC Panel is E0 grade, with the formaldehyde emission not exceeding 0.050mg/m³, which can meet consumers' demands for more environmentally friendly and healthy decoration materials.
