SPC rigid core wall panels are formed by high-temperature extrusion of calcium powder and PVC, with decorative and wear-resistant layers covering the surface. The product does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, and meets the E0-level environmental protection standard. It can be installed and occupied immediately.
The core material of SPC stone crystal wall panels is Stone Plastic Composite. It is produced by extruding calcium powder and polyvinyl chloride resin under high temperature and high pressure.
This structure endows three fundamental characteristics:High density.SPC easy click-lock wall sheets have a surface hardness of over 3H and strong impact resistance.Excellent thermal stability.SPC modern waterproof wall panels can maintain a deformation rate of less than 0.2% in environments ranging from -20 ℃ to 60 ℃.High environmental friendliness.According to the E0 formaldehyde emission standard, the formaldehyde content of SPC rigid core wall panels is ≤ 0.05mg/m ³, which is much lower than the national standard requirement of ≤ 0.124mg/m ³.Its B1-level flame retardancy complies with the GB8624-2012 standard. It extinguishes immediately upon contact with open flames within 3 seconds, and no molten droplets are produced.
The waterproofing performance of the SPC rigid core wall sheets is achieved through a three-layer structure design:The surface 0.3mm wear-resistant layer adopts UV curing technology to form a dense hydrophobic film.
The middle SPC base layer, due to the calcium powder content exceeding 60%, forms a natural waterproof barrier.Bottom slotting treatment enhances the adhesion with the wall and prevents moisture infiltration.
The flame-retardant mechanism of modern waterproof SPC rigid core wall panels relies on the chlorine content of the polyvinyl chloride resin (approximately 56.8%).When the wall panel burns, it releases chlorine free radicals to interrupt the combustion chain reaction, combined with the endothermic effect of calcium powder, to achieve self extinguishing after leaving the fire.
The overall size of the SPC large panel is 600mm×2400mm. By reducing the joint gaps, the risk of water seepage is further minimized.

Third-Party Testing: SGS Reports for fire rating (B1), formaldehyde emission, heavy metals, thermal cycling, and water immersion.
Management Systems: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental)
Product Compliance: CE Marking, FloorScore®, China Ten-Ring Environmental Label
Manufacturing Capacity: Over 3 million m² per year from Zhejiang production bases with German-imported extrusion lines and AI visual inspection (99.2% yield rate)
Warranty: Manufacturing warranty against delamination, dimensional instability, and factory defects.

SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) has a much higher mineral content than WPC (Wood Plastic Composite), typically over 60% calcium carbonate versus WPC’s wood flour. This makes SPC denser, harder, and fully waterproof. WPC can absorb moisture over time and is more prone to expansion, while SPC remains dimensionally stable even in continuous wet conditions.
Yes. The backside of our panels is designed for structural adhesive bonding or mechanical fastening. As long as the existing tile surface is clean and sound, you can install SPC panels directly over it. No demolition, no waterproofing membrane, no grout.
Our panels are GB 8624 B1 rated and self-extinguish within 3 seconds of flame removal. No flaming droplets are produced. We supply SGS fire test reports with every order upon request, which are accepted by code officials and insurance inspectors for commercial and multi-family projects.
Yes. The panel contains no added formaldehyde and is manufactured without glue. SGS testing confirms emissions at ≤0.05 mg/m³ (E0) for standard product, and our premium line achieves ≤0.01 mg/m³ (non-detectable). You can install and move in the same day — no ventilation period required.
The standard large panel is 600mm×2400mm. We also offer custom cutting to fit site-specific wall heights, around columns, and for door/window openings. Factory cutting accuracy is ±0.3 mm, and cut edges are sealed to maintain waterproof integrity.
A typical household bathroom can be clad by two workers in about 4 hours using SPC panels and structural adhesive. Traditional tiling takes 10–15 days including demolition, waterproofing, setting, and grouting. For hotels and apartments, this speed translates into immediate revenue recovery.
We provide a full range of aluminum and PVC trims, internal/external corners, and end caps. For complete bathroom systems, we can recommend domestic SMC shower base manufacturers to pair with our wall panels, creating a fully waterproof, low-cost alternative to imported unit bathrooms.
