The main components of SPC fire-proof stone crystal board are polyvinyl chloride resin and natural stone powder. It is formed through high-temperature extrusion to create a dense plate structure. This material has high dimensional stability, is not easily affected by temperature changes and expands, and also has good waterproof and moisture-proof capabilities.Compared with traditional wooden wall panels or ceramic tiles, Fire Retardant SPC stone crystal wall boards have certain advantages in terms of construction efficiency, environmental performance and later maintenance. It is these characteristics that enable wall customization manufacturers to use it as a carrier to provide differentiated solutions for different spaces.
At ARRIS, we are not simply a panel supplier. We are a specialized manufacturer ofFire Retardant SPC stone crystal wall board that delivers fully integrated wall customization — from material selection and precision sizing to moisture-proof system engineering and installation guidance. With ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities and over 20 years of rigid-core extrusion experience, we ensure that every project’s unique structural, environmental, and performance demands are met with certified, factory-controlled precision.
Personalized Dimension Cutting for Site Irregularities
Real-world walls rarely come in perfect modules. Columns, niches, door and window edges, and uneven corners demand millimeter-level precision. ARRIS receives your on-site measurement data and processes each board on computer-controlled cutting centers equipped with German diamond saw blades. The result is a cutting accuracy of ±0.3 mm, ensuring a seamless fit onto the wall substrate. This factory-side precision minimizes job-site waste and eliminates the inaccuracies common with manual on-site cutting. Every cut edge then passes through our dedicated edge-banding and sealing station, where a moisture-resistant seal is applied to prevent water ingress and to deliver a clean, burr-free finish.
Engineered Moisture Protection for Wet and Humid Environments
Standard wall materials fail early in bathrooms, basements, and water-adjacent zones due to capillary rise and vapor penetration. Our moisture-proof customization goes far beyond the panel itself. Depending on the project’s humidity profile,
we:Apply a factory-bonded moisture-resistant backing layer to the panel.
Insert compressible waterproof sealing strips between interlocking joints.
Provide elevated base profiles or moisture-proof shims for bottom edges in contact with the floor, blocking rising damp. These treatments are developed from material science and field data, not generic add-ons. The resulting SPC stone crystal system prevents arching, cracking, and mold propagation even under persistent high-humidity conditions — a performance we validate through SGS-tested water immersion and dimensional stability reports.
Fire Safety Built into the Core
ARRIS fire retardant SPC panels are formulated with mineral-rich core material and flame-retardant additives, achieving a GB 8624 B1 fire rating and passing SGS ignition and flame spread tests. The material is self-extinguishing and produces no flaming droplets, providing critical passive fire protection for commercial, hospitality, and multi-family projects. Upon request, we supply the full SGS fire test report for your project’s code compliance documentation.
When Starway Hotel, a leading mid-scale hotel brand under Huazhu Group, sought to upgrade its guest rooms and bathrooms with a design that combined textile warmth and commercial-grade durability, ARRIS provided a complete custom wall solution — from texture development to cut-to-size delivery.
The Design Challenge:
The hotel wanted the soft, inviting look of woven fabric on accent walls and bathroom surfaces, but real fabric is impossible to maintain in high-humidity, high-touch hospitality environments. The material had to be fully waterproof, fire-rated, and capable of withstanding frequent cleaning with disinfectants.
Our Custom Solution:
Product: Custom Fire Retardant SPC stone crystal wall panels with a hyper-realistic fabric texture finish.
Aesthetic & Craft: The surface replicates the look of woven linen using fine line engraving technology. Each engraved line is precisely synchronized with the printed textile pattern, creating authentic thread-like depth and a soft matte tactile feel that is visually indistinguishable from real fabric.
Dimensions: Panels factory-cut to 2400×600mm for floor-to-ceiling installation, minimizing horizontal seams and waste.
Application Zones: Guest room feature walls, bathroom vanity walls, and washroom wet areas.
Moisture & Fire Performance: Panels were equipped with a factory-bonded backside moisture barrier and waterproof joint seals. The core is GB 8624 B1 fire-rated and SGS tested, ensuring guest safety and code compliance.
Installation: The click-lock dry-install system allowed the hotel’s in-house maintenance team to install panels directly over existing ceramic tile and wallpaper. A typical room was completed in under 5 hours with zero dust, noise, or chemical odors, allowing the hotel to remain operational throughout the renovation.
The Result:After more than 3,000 guest stays, the fabric-textured walls show no staining, peeling, abrasion, or moisture damage. Housekeeping can wipe down all surfaces with standard cleaning agents without degrading the textile appearance. The hotel benefits from the inviting aesthetic of fabric with the long-term durability and low maintenance cost of stone composite, and has since specified ARRIS SPC panels as a standard finish for future renovations.

Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE Marking, China Ten-Ring Environmental Label, FloorScore®
Third-Party Testing: SGS Reports for fire rating (B1), formaldehyde emission (non-detectable ≤0.01 mg/m³), heavy metal content, and dimensional stability
Production Technology: German-imported extrusion lines, AI visual inspection (99.2% yield rate), automated cutting and edging systems
Transparent Procurement: We commit to using virgin PVC resin and natural calcium carbonate in our fire retardant core. Recycled content is never introduced into our SPC stone crystal wall panels, ensuring consistent batch-to-batch quality.
1. What is the fire rating of ARRIS SPC stone crystal wall panels, and can I get a certificate?
Our fire retardant panels are rated GB 8624 B1 (comparable to European Class B-s1,d0). We provide project-specific SGS fire test reports upon request to support building permit and inspection requirements.
2. How precise can the custom cutting be, and what about curved walls?
Factory cutting accuracy is ±0.3 mm for straight cuts, bevels, and V-grooves. For columns and curved features, we can supply pre-formed moldings and trim pieces. True curved panels require thermoforming, which our R&D team can support on a project basis.
3. Are the moisture-proof treatments permanent, or do they degrade over time?
The moisture barriers and edge seals are integrated during manufacturing using heat and pressure, making them a permanent part of the panel system. They do not peel, separate, or lose effectiveness with normal cleaning or aging.
4. Can you replicate textures beyond stone and wood, such as fabric?
Yes. As demonstrated in our Starway Hotel project, we use high-definition digital printing synchronized with embossing or line engraving to reproduce linen, leather, brushed metal, and other tactile surfaces. The result is a realistic texture that is much easier to maintain than the natural material.
5. How do I start a custom order?
Send your floor plans, wall elevations, and site photos to our technical team. We will return a material takeoff, cutting list, and sample board within 5 working days. An assigned project engineer will manage your order from material selection to dispatch.
6. What is the minimum order quantity for custom sizes?
We handle both small-scale boutique projects and large commercial rollouts. MOQ varies with panel thickness and finish, but our flexible production scheduling allows us to accommodate trial orders for specifiers and architects.
Contact ARRIS today to request a customized sample kit, including the exact fabric-textured finish used in the Starway Hotel guest rooms and bathrooms, along with your project-specific SGS documentation and cut-to-size proposal.
